1. Do your products have the right to return and how does it work?
If you are a private person and you live in Finland, you have the right of return within 14 days the products which you have ordered from our webshop and collected in the post office, Matkahuolto or Matkahuolto Parcel Pick-up Point. See our instructions for the customer return.

2. What do I do, my customer return is lost and the shipment took place three weeks ago?
When you returned your package, you received from Matkahuolto/Post offuce a receipt, there is a package number. First, check with the tracking number the tracking progress: if the package, according to that, haven't come to us, contact Matkahuolto/Tradeka store/post office and make a report of the lost package. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence the transporters of the package, and we can not chase the lost packets from here. The package tracking is always a matter between the sender and the transporters. However, if the transporter loose a package which we have sent, in that case, of course, it's our duty to clear what happend. If all had gone as it should, your customer return should come to us in about a week (from the shipment date). We pay your return money to your account as soon as the return package has arrived to us. At busy times there can be a bit delay with the payment.

3. If I order now, how soon I get the products?
If all the products you have ordered are available and your order has all the necessary information, we send the package usually next business day after we received your order. After you've sent the order, you get immediately an automatic e-mail confirmation (the first message) that your order have been sent us successfully. In this first message you will find the facts of the products you've ordered. When we have picked and packed all the products, you will receive another order confirmation e-mail with a shipment tracking number.
And so, we will send the package no later than next business day and it will arrive in 1-3 business days depending on the delivery method. Follow the online tracking progress and with that very same tracking number you can pick up your package in a pick-up point, even so you haven't received the arrival notification yet. Keep in mind that only the orderer can retrieve the package. Other retriever must have a proper power of attorney.
We try to be fast as possible, so please read your e-mails as often as possible. NOTE! If you do not receive any e-mail from us, please check out also your junk mail box, because this is an automated message and the mail program may sometimes interpret it as a spam. If there's nothing either, please contact us.

4. Your web page says that the product is temporarily out of stock. When is the product available again?
Immediately after the goods have arrived to the storage, the products will be also updated on our website. We receive products all the time but in the southern European style, so we don't rely on the arrival before they are actually received. Therefore, it can take time from a couple of weeks to months. If on the product page is still a "temporarily out of stock" tag and you have a party in two weeks, it's wise to choose an other option.

5. I'm 190 cm tall, but very slim. Does the Elvis costume 3520E fit me?
Unfortunately and probably no... Our costumes normally come from Italy, and unfortunately, they are still learning the Scandinavian men's sizes there. Please click the costume photo or name and you get more details. Compare the measures of the costume with yours! In jumpsuits and overalls, the most important measure is that between the throat/neck and the groin. If this measure is shorter than yours, you will be singing like a clear soprano at the end of the evening...

6. I can not decide between two options, what shall I do?
Email us to our office! :) We have been in business since 1993, and we gladly give advice and answer to your questions! Let's find out together which option would be the most reasonable choice for you, so that the result would be as perfect as possible!

7. I was thinking to go shopping to one of your shops, but I was wondering if there is all your products?
Since the storage space in the shops is limited, please email us to the shop and make sure that the product in question can be found from the stock at the moment, especially if you come from a distance, so we manage to get the product before your arrival. The selection between shops and web shop may vary!

8. Do you have any product catalog in paper?
No, we don't have. It's because we have nearly 9000 products, and our range is constantly changing, so printing a paper catalog is therefore impossible.

9. We are a bigger group who want to order, so how about with the delivery costs?
Sure, it's worth ordering as a group, because there is one delivery cost per one shipment. It means, that the hole package will be sent to the same address at the same time/parcel.
NOTE! Please keep in mind that also the potential customer returns must arrive at a single consignment.

10. What size are the wigs generally?
Our wigs are of one size, that is, they are suitable for almost everybodys heads. They have a net or fabric bag/base, you are wearing a wig like a tea cozy or beanie. If the wig feels a little too big, you can easily reduce it with a few stitches at the back of the wig. The wig sock is also a great help. With it it's easier to place the wig in your head.

11. I would like to order products with billing to our school, city, county or company.
It is of course possible. First, contact us by e-mail, so we will email you detailed instructions. We don't grant a company bill for small associations or private traders. For them, we have billing options in our basket system; in that case, the delivery and billing address have to be the same in the registration information. If you are unsure about your order and products, contact us in advance considering of potential exchanges, etc., because only a privat person, in other words a consumer, have the right to return products within 14 days.
