Customer returns in Finland
If you are a private person and you live in Finland, you have the right of return within 14 days the products which you have ordered from our webshop and collected in the post office, Matkahuolto or Matkahuolto Parcel Pick-up Point. Companies and organizations do not have right of return in distance commerce.
NOTE! The products bought in the online store can not be exchanged.
If you want to exchange a product to another product, you must return the product first normally using the instructions below and then make a new purchase in the online store.
The products must be unopened and unused, merchantable and still in the original packaging. If the products are not in their original packaging, we reduce the return payment at least 15 % for packing and other costs. The products must be packed carefully. If they are damaged because of wrong packing when arriving to us, we don't return your money. Pack the products in the same package, where we sent the products to you. We don't pay any costs of new packaging materials.
For hygienic reasons, some products can't be exchanged; these are makeup products, underwear, stockings, intimate and other products which are on the bare skin when you try them.
NOTE! If you paid products via net bank or collector, Paytrail Oyj is responsible for the repayment of the money. Once the return has been dealt with us, you will get from Paytrail an email with instructions for a refund of your money. Questions? 3. Send the products to the warehouse using the transport that you want. In that case, you pay all the costs. (NOTE: We do not accept any "cash-on-delivery" deliveries.)

4. Bring the products to any of the Punanaamio shops (cost-free).
Take the receipt of payment with you. (NOTE! If you are returning the product to the store, we do not reimburse any billing costs resulting from the method of payment.)

CONSIDERATIONS IN CUSTOMER RETURNS:
The transport of the package is always a matter between the sender and the transporters. If the transporter looses a parcel you have sent, we can not chase the lost packets from here. So it's very important that you always keep the return slip in a place where you find it if needed.
NOTE! The package which is not picked up and returns to us, is not the same the the customer return. From all the orders that aren't picked up, we charge shipping and handling costs 20 euros. If you want to cancel the order after the package has left from our warehouse, you need to pick up the package and send it back to us as a customer return. If you have chosen pick-up from the store as the delivery method, and you cannot pick up the order, contact the store. We charge handling costs of 5 euros for uncollected store orders.
RETURN/REFUND OF A FAULTY PRODUCT:
Returning a faulty product must be agreed in advance either by telephone 02 - 8805 805 or by e-mail info@punanaamio.fi. Otherwise, we handle the return as a normal customer return. Reklamation must be done within 14 days from the product pick-up.
